Also, unlike you all above, I SOMEHOW downloaded the file in my PC with no problem (until now), with Google Chrome and the latest(?) update of Windows Defender in Windows 10 1703. The link at the source and comment section is actually a direct download to a ".7z" compressed file containing the stage, named "sp85743.7z". Maybe this "unusualness" in the download is the problem for you and your systems (if it is not the same as mine)

I mean, the lack of a upload server, unlike most downloadable content here in MMDA, with TStorage and Mediafire.
