topright on bowlroll is a login button. you need to be logged in for the r-18 tag i think.

1.: Log in to your BowlRoll.
2.: Click on your name (top right).
3.: Now you are inside of your account settings.
4.: Click on Edit button, and check the box to display adult content.
You can't miss it, the text of "アダルトコンテンツを表示する" surrounded by red color.

Sorry, it's not surrounded by red color, by default.
Also, make sure that you save the new settings.
5.: Click on the left button at the bottom to save.
NOT the リセット, that's the account reset.
If that doesn't help, then I don't know.
