The file is a rar containing a pmx and some image files. None of these should be capable of executing code.

I wonder if there's something in the way Custom Maid titles its filenames that set off warnings. Every exported model has more or less the same file names for its textures so if one of those textures has a similar name to a virus it might be why the detector goes off for every one.
