You have to extract using Zipextractor or Bandizip.

Or if you're lazy, you could just copy this...
"大好真々子統合" and rename the texture with the odd
mix of characters that.

@SKDawn72 IMO, that's not a texture problem, that sounds like an object collision problem. One of the bones will have to be deleted or adjusted and the physics adjusted. One model maker said that that was their solution after getting a white object issue and trying everything else.
