the rar file is not converting. any fix?

Worked fine for me. Check if you have Japanese language support on your computer, that can cause problems, or try a different program to unzip (I use 7zip). The rar may also have gotten corrupted and you might try redownloading it.
I have a few other Arashio models but not that one.

thanks. the extractor i was using was bugging out. 7zip worked perfectly
