I'm not arguing the semantics of criminality here. I'm merely asking that you don't vandalize posts to request a take down, thank you for your consideration.

I can not say with confidence that it is illegally done. There are some Japanese users here who might indeed post their own content here even. Pikuchii (pxch) models and Ttasattasa models could be being distributed legally here. As it is too hard to tell who does or doesn't hold actual claim, it is usually a hands off matter. However, I don't believe most mean it as disrespect or in a harmful way. So please accept my apologies in this, but thank you for the kind consideration in this conversation.

I understand your point, it is definitely fair.
I'm not the owner of the site, so the final decision is not up to me in this case. However, please understand it was not so simply clear it was illegally distributed. The owner and moderators do not usually make posts, so they can't know where everything comes from. There is also usually little context to posts like these. I deeply appreciate your civility in this manner, none the less. Thank you for your time.
