Something about this model & the Nanoko she's based on won't allow her to load in mocumocudance. She will load if I delete her pigtails. Any ideas why?

Found the problem with her not loading in mocumocudance. The toon4.bmp is the issue & opening in paint & resaving as bmp again fixed it.

Narrow down by deleting materials/loading model & then noticing how the "Hairtail" material is different from others (was only mat using toon4.bmp).
