IF THE LINK IS DOWN, PLEASE LOOK ON ALL COMMENT PAGES, IF THERE IS A NEW VERSION!

This is the Lara model from the original "Nude Raider" mod for Tomb Raider 1. Luckily there are some die hard fans out there, who still host the old editing and extraction tools. But I had to cut out every single texture tile by hand....

The textures can be switched via morph slider.

I also made breast, ass and hair physics. Rather cheap, but it works.

The textures are made to be as pixelated as the original. To get smooth textures resize the textures from 2560 to 256 pixels.

If you have a problem with me sharing this, write a comment and I'll take it down.

I don't think I could use this seriously, but as a gag model, she's perfect. So far all the bones work, and the physics are perfect for a low poly model. Thankies, my dude.

So Nude Raider was truly a thing. I thought it was just one of those late 90s internet rumors like reviving Aeris without Gameshark or getting the Triforce in Ocarina of Time.

I need to congratulate you, I don't think I would have ever had the willpower to work through porting a model like this from the ground up. This model probably predates bone animation in games and used mesh bending originally, which makes it even more difficult. It's an amazing job.

And I just got a horrible, horrible idea of what I could do if I found the in-battle models for Final Fantasy VII.

@mmdisaster: I just deleted all the materials of a standard model to reuse the bones. Then I imported the model in the right scale and weighted the vertexes. That is very easy, since the model has so few polygones.
To convert old mesh files, there are XNALara plugins for Blender. You can easily convert them to .pmx files.
