If her eyes have texture files instead of being like 15 different materials of slightly different colors, then it's the up to date version. Which should be the one from that link, yes.

I can get the conversion done, when it comes down to it I don't really need to import the facials (which is the most time-consuming part of ripping) since I can just use and modify Kurauchi's faces which are higher-poly than the game rips, anyway. The hair is the most important part and it comes out pre-rigged, it just needs physics. It's just not on my front burner right now because between these and my "main" Idolmaster pack I spent the better part of two years doing almost nothing but editing models and I want to work on my own movies for a while.

You can look for yourself.

Anyway, I'm gonna try to help you with Imas stuff, but that forum honestly destroys both my attention span and OCD in spite of how cluttered it all is.

I've got Nao finished.

I'm not going to put her on this site or add her to the set because the original editor has new TOS since he made the Karen model, now he forbids R-18 content and she still has an R-18 body... but she will be up for download. If you know the forum I usually post at (nekosentai), you'll be able to find her there. It's the same forum that some of the oldest download links on this site go to (different thread, though).

Please exercise discretion in the videos and pictures you upload with her to avoid drama; I'll eventually replace her with a new version using gamerip assets and at that point she'll be added to the set.

surprised there aren't mods of other characters that use the kurauchi base such as the million live girls

If someone can get me a rip of the game assets from million live theater I'll do them (there isn't a ML equivalent of the program I use to rip from CGSS), but I hardly give a crap about most of those girls because they're so generic so it would be very low on the priority list. Frankly I'd be more interested in a Shiny Colors asset rip as I am obsessed with Mamimi, although Shiny Colors doesn't have a game with models yet that I know of.

For that matter, if someone got me a rip of SideM live on stage I'd be willing to do the four or five or so of them that can pass as traps.

I'm bashing away on my second CG set right now, I've finished Akane, Aki, Anastasia, Arisu, Cathy, Clarice, Kaoru, Layla, Miria, Momoka, Natalia, Sanae, Takumi, Tsukasa and Uzuki and I'm almost done with Yuko. The models from this set are also going to get updated with gamerip hair and reverted to the original breast physics.

if you're using game rips, why not just use the game rips as the models themselves, not just the hair
otherwise, there are ML models on bowlroll and the like that you can use, and also saki from sideM for trap factor

I use the faces made by Kurauchi for a couple of reasons: First, ripping the models and converting them causes all the facial expressions to be lost, it's a laborious process to add them back in, and they don't have that many to begin with. Second, the game models are really low-poly, and you can tell. Even though Kurauchi's models are really old their faces are much higher-poly and have more facials to work with. What I'm doing now is using the game models as templates and refashioning the Kurauchi models' faces to match them, then blending the game hair in (you'll see this when I eventually redo this set and you can already see it in the newer set I did). Finally, the game models don't have complete bodies; not even close.
