Big thanks to lswarm for pointing out post #1567 didn't really have an "issue". How this evaded me is silly haha.

Found a user with an incredibly long Japanese name which is just some quote going about on debates.
Originally saw it as only comments before but decided to leave the few spots I saw it in. Made its way to tags and a username so now I'm purging instances of it. I'd ban the user myself if I could, but don't have the ability/know if we can do that.

Also, there were some comments on this one post #1533, that I wasn't sure were spam but deleted them anyway. Not sure if you can see comment history, but 3 of them got posted within a minute of each other, all being almost identical, so I just cleared any similar ones.

Last comment on this post #1609 has a Japanese username which translates to something like, "Too many Jews in this country". Not sure if there's something that should be done about them or not.

Finally, I definitely hope I'm not overstepping any bounds here. If you feel like I'm doing too much MMDA, please do let me know!

Oh, no, #1595 just had the account of someone who's name was the same as some spam that got into tags and comments. I already cleared it all (mostly) up, just left that comment there so we could either decide to just delete the comment and move on, or ban the user. I can't ban accounts myself, so was wonder if you could/wanted to.

And haha no worries, just checking to see. I'm pretty careful about what I delete anyway, but figured that'd be a good thing if it was there. No harm, no foul.

Is their any way to actually prevent this from happening again? Something similer happend a few months back but with gore pictures. I know this'll make me sound like a bitch, but that shit actually made me nauseous when I went to the posts section a little while ago.

Moose, until MMDA says one way or the other, (though I really doubt there is a way to) you can increase the Post Threshold to 1 so it will hide any posts rated 0 or below. You can still view them by clicking on the "x Posts Hidden" button on the bottom right whenever you browse through pages or search for something.
This setting is found under My Account > Options > 2nd to last field.
I appreciate you coming here to at least post about this in any capacity.

there is no "post needs approval before shown" option or something similar.

No worries, MMDA. I appreciate the upgrade. Makes finding potential spam comments a LOT easier now that I have that tool. I'll do you proud! Hahah

So this isn't really an "issue" per se, more of an idea I came up with. Would you be adverse to me making a post not containing a model, but just basically be an image where I just announce like, "Hey, we're doing a revival this month for X posts!"
I was thinking like, maybe 10 posts every 30 days to ask anyone around to possibly re-upload? Most of the chatting I figure will happen on the forums, just to make things easier. But I'll list links on the post and won't discourage comments on the post itself. My main issue is, I dunno if I can do anything that'll really make it worthwhile in people's eyes, but I figure we have SO MANY broken-url posts that it can't hurt to bring attention to them at least. What are your thoughts, MMDA?

Can you ban the user with the username [link deleted, think he's banned now) and remove his posts? He or she posts that url on model pages and buggers off.

The following users have repeatedly spammed the same post almost 200 times, collectively:
