It's not a Digitrevx edit. Its a custom model he made for the girl behind Projekt Melody.

His account was also hacked and the model files were released into VRchat, but anyone caught using it are getting hit with a DCMA because it's a stolen model. I would assume converting it to MMD would net the same reaction.

Your best bet would be to edit one of his free models to loo like her, but that is a tall order for a weekend modeler.
