I know that under the Bowlroll link it gives us a signal to find out the password but I tried everything and it doesn't work.

The sign asks for the birthplace of one of the protagonists (Ai Hinatsuru) and put it in hiragana. After a quick search I discovered that it was the city of Nanao, 七尾市 in Kanji and ななお in Hiragana, which left me an error when I entered it as a password.

I don't know what I've done wrong, so I hope you can help me see if we solve this.
