Maybe because the models posted there never meant to be bought or used by anyone outside Japan to begin with? Even while, like I said once before, the MMD content sources are now internationally amalgamated with a even level of awareness, especially when it comes to R-18 stuff.

Someone even said that "while pretty much 99% of the MMD assets was produced by Japanese people in one form and another, Western people have a far greater community and are known to produce most and a much better content using said assets".
