To use it:
Open it on PMX editor and play around with the morphs in the transform view. Once you get a desirable shape, click on file and then "in the form of current save". This will let you save a new PMX with a new body shape.

Always normalize the normals in the new saved body. You may have to reposition some bones if you use the morphs with a (B) on the name.

moving upper body2 bone to adjust body length, and pmde hv a plugin can resize model including morphs.
