There must be something I'm overlooking with this model. It's labeled R18 by the maker (who happens to be a well known hentai artist), and the one-piece dress one even has facial sliders to remove the clothing... but the vertices for the nipples and crotch simply aren't there. I've checked in PMD Editor, there's no hidden materials that have to be unhidden, the texture files aren't missing those sections, there's just empty holes in the body mesh.

I checked the old ver1.6 model and it does have nipples (although low-poly, and sunken back into the body so you have to manually pull them out). I'll re-download the ver2.2 model and look again.
