I Would classify this not as 'questionable' but rather 'explicit' as the following criteria are met:
1.Full Body
2. Total Clothing removal (and this can be done with Morphs.
3. has a "Vag" (kind of)
So yeah this is more explicit thean anything.

It's full body, but I couldn't find that any of the morphs affected the clothing (but they can be removed by hiding material layers in the MME window). Morphs could be added to do that.
