Ariake(有明) from Kantai Collection.
Original model: Nobe(のべ)
Full_body edit: MDJSN
This edited model is fullbody but doesn't have nip or vag. I'm not sure whether it should be rated as explicit or safe.
The original model is distributed on bowlroll(https://bowlroll.net/file/249831), which is almost full body(there is a hole on the nip and vag area). It's modeled by Nobe(のべ).
I did a quick edit on it so that the edited model is full body, but does not have nipples or genitals(I just filled the holes on her tits and vag).
I am busy editing A-SOUL mmd models so I don't have time to add nip or vag for Ariake. Feel free to add these necessary parts to make her "complete".
Notice that some vertices on her tits are not exactly symmetrical. Using mirror editing on Blender may give bad results.

Were those vertices nonsymmetric prior to editing? It makes me think the modeler did that on purpose.

Yes. Those vertices are nonsymmetric prior to editing, especially on the southern hemisphere of her tits.
The "snap to symmetry" function in Blender should be able to fix that.

MDJSN is it hard to do this? I got the TDA Eve Rin by MMDLine model and she's got holes there and it makes me very sad.
I would like to at least fill it.

Is that a TDA style model? If so, filling the holes makes no sense, because you can get fullbody TDA bases easily on mmda or Deviantart.
The difficulty of filling the holes depends on the completeness of the mesh. Clothes that fit the body(eg. bikini and bodysuit) are easy to edit. And, lower poly models are easier to edit.
