Alright, after having a look at her I couldn't help but notice her head is pretty large in comparison to the size of her body. It looks like you've got her at about the right height, so between her body being too small or her head being too big I'm leaning toward the head being too big. It's tricky because the body and head are stored as separate models but what do you think? Were both sized using the same proportions when you put her together?

I don't think so, although I could be missing something. Both the head and body were imported into blender at x1000 size (The limit), then exported at a further x1.2 size, with the goal of making Rin about the same size as a TDA model. The neck seam seems to match up and everything on my end.

She does have a pretty big head in game, too, for what it is worth: https://imas.gamedbs.jp/cgss/images_mv/movie_1483164134000.jpg

You may be right, it's hard to get an idea on her proportions in game because she isn't A-posed. It just seemed like her head was a little too wide because her ears go past her shoulders and her arms looked really short. The neck seam does match up.
