Change the bones for the left/right breasts if you want breast physics.

I am a bit confused on the bone change thing. I did that and I am running the models side by side but I don't notice a difference between them at all

Yyyyyyyep. I knew that sooner or later a full-bodied version of the sword girl would be available to the public, and by no one other than Orzo.

Strange, for some reason the breast physics don't work when testing in PMXe, but it works in MMD. Guess you don't need to change the bones.
