^ If you mean vibrating you mean clipping then yes. The clipping on that dress is awful.

Not a surprise, since this model was made with the help of someone who is notorious for taking other people´s stuff and selling it of for at least 10 bucks a piece. Even if you change your name constantly, Onigirikingu, you practices stay the same.
